Current per conductor I = 100 A
To find
1. Terminal EMF

Solution
Total number of conductors Z = 80 x 6
= 480
Total current = 100 x 4 = 400 A
No of parallel path = No of poles (LAP WINDING)
A = P = 4
1. Terminal EMF , E = ( ø x Z x N/ 60) x (P /A)
= (0.06 x 480 x 1500 / 60 ) x (4 / 4)
= 720 V
2. Power = E x I
= 720 x 400
= 288 kW
