139.Air compressor not building pressure

1. Leakage on piping -  Repair the leak.
2.Damaged compressor valve -  Check and clean, or replace.
3.Wear of piston ring -  Check and replace if necessary.
4.Clogged suction filter -  Replace element.
5. Defective operation of unloader (magnetic valve)
